Nikoloz Magaldadze is an experienced entrepreneur and Orson’s Head of Business Development & Strategy. Drawing on his hands-on experience in building and managing businesses, he helps companies establish operations, improve performance, expand and pursue new opportunities.

His work encompasses business strategy, management and operational improvements, commercial negotiations and the development of business relationships. His experience across the public and private sectors enables him to assess business challenges from commercial, organisational and institutional perspectives.

Nikoloz brings a practical understanding of how to build a viable business model, set priorities and translate development plans into action. In working with companies, he focuses on effective resource allocation, sound management and improved profitability.

At Orson, Nikoloz works on two fronts: the development of Orson itself, and the business strategy, management and development of client companies. His commercial perspective complements the team’s legal expertise, helping clients assess the business implications of their decisions.
