Mariam Santeladze

Mariam Santeladze is a corporate lawyer at Orson and a certified Personal Data Protection Officer. She is one of the team’s leading members and works on companies’ day-to-day legal matters, contracts, corporate documentation and personal data protection.

Her work includes legal research, preparing documentation, dealing with state authorities and developing practical recommendations for clients. In data protection, she helps companies put their internal rules, policies and data processing procedures on a sound legal footing.

One of Mariam’s notable achievements is her legal work for the Georgian Padel Association, which resulted in padel obtaining recognition as a sport in Georgia. She provided legal support throughout the process and liaised with the relevant authorities.
