Lela Gochitashvili

Lela Gochitashvili is Orson’s Managing Partner and an attorney, a member of the Georgian Bar Association. She has 17 years of legal experience in corporate and commercial matters, real estate transactions, investment projects and litigation.

Lela works on legal matters for Georgian and international companies. Her practice covers business management, relations between partners, commercial negotiations, tenders and legal support for significant transactions. Her experience in construction and real estate allows her to assess projects with both legal and commercial interests in mind.

At Orson, Lela sets the strategy for each matter, leads the team’s work and takes a direct part in key negotiations and projects.

Lela also works on the technological development of legal services and is the author of the idea behind Clerix, a LegalTech platform. She works in Georgian, English and Russian.
